I was really thrilled to be asked to initiate the Relay for Life in Whitchurch last Saturday and gave everyone a Piper’s send off! There were loads of people there with wild and wacky costumes on, all taking part in a 24hr relay in order to raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK. It was a really nice event and will look forward to taking part next year as well!
Chris played at my Mom's funeral today. He led us down into the crematorium and piped as we walked in. He then played again as we left at the end... read more of the service. 3 different tunes , all absolutely wonderful. Lots of comments from people paying their respects to Mom about how lovely it was to hear the piper. There were certainly extra tears as the bagpipes were being played but what a fantastic Mom send off. Thank you Chris.
